Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies:

- Ready-to-ship pieces: 2-3 business days,
- Made to order pieces: 4-5 weeks,
- Custom orders: individually agreed 

Shipping
I'm shipping with UPS, TNT/FedEx. You will get a tracking number. The average time for standard shipping is around 1-2 weeks.
Shipping can be upgraded, just contact me and I'll provide the quote.

Customs and import taxes
I'm shipping from Poland, EU. Please be aware that some countries may collect the individual taxes/customs charges/duty fee.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
